Hospital want to film my Operation

Of course you're doing the right thing. Unless there's some overwhelming reason as to why you shouldn't be filmed, all that you're doing is helping in the process of training future doctors (hopefully such as myself :D)

Good on you OP :)

Of course you should let them. If they screw it up and cripple you for life you'll have video eveidence to use in court!

Yep I can't see it being a bad thing - If anything it'll pressure the surgeon performing the surgery to do a good job since it's on camera :p

Actually this will be more favourably received :p

I'd have the operation recorded. I had a similar operation and would like to see it. :)

Just hope your wang doesn't flop around while they are operating. :p

i have a Osteosarcoma on my hip that i only noticed since loosing abit of weight, last year, and had it x rayed and they asked me if i wouldnt mind coming in now and again so the medical students can cop a feel. They said because its such a easy example to diagnose, basicly like a golf ball welded to my hip.I agreed i would, but you know if any of the students are hot, there going to get the "down abit, down abit" theres your lump lol

I'd love to see them poking around. My dad had a film crew and laser put up his urethra to blow up a kidney stone in his kidney and he watched the whole thing live.

I really wish i had my ankle surgery filmed or at least some pictures. The xrays are epic (2 large screws from one side to the other) so id like to see the insides :p
