Haha N.O. products did make me a bit loose though this was usually a few minutes after drinking so I put it down to anxiety.

I'd rather have the runs than have to battle a pushing out a barrel each time!

That sums up me trying more then 10grams ofr creatine once.
I never excede 4-5grams anymore.

OH, so THATS whats been causing it!

haha i've been trying to work it out for days, but didn't expect creatine to be the cause. I put it down the my increased coconut oil consumption.

I'll take a barrel any day! Less risk of that trying to say hi to everyone in the gym when squatting.
 
You don't poo barrels out, you give birth to them! Really? You'd really rather have a heafty, painful, sweat enducing bowel movement over the runs?

I would, but given the amount of fibre and veg in my diet. The chances of a barrel are rather low.

I also hate the runs and do not want them.
 
talking of MP codes, i dont think I have promoted mine much (1 post recently), however I have had 3 people use it recently with pretty good orders (before I posted the code recently).

Not sure where people found it, but glad they did :)
 
Supps are so cheap in the US.

MRI Black Powder or whatever it is was like £20 for a tub in the supp shop near where I work :o
