Took a break from grinding yesterday to do the B-spec Indy 500- my god it was tedious enough waiting for that to finish (obv didn't watch the whole thing), can't imagine having to do that on A-spec. Only wanted the GT40 prize car. I'm surprised they haven't increased the prize money or EXP or even the prize cars for the endurance events significantly in the updates, it really seems hardly worth doing.

Now trying to collect some of the more obscure (but decent looking cars), just bought a Oullim Motors car, or something like that, and a Callaway american thing that looks as long as a bus

The Callaway is a boss, the Oullim.. I maybe haven't given it a fair chance but it seems to just constantly snap oversteer.. which the GT LM did in prologue but doesn't now :confused:

I did Indy in A-Spec and it got pretty trippy, I stopped interpreting the images on screen as a race track and saw it as polygons floating in a skybox it was.. weird.

But I got an XJ-13 and and it doesn't have stupid stripes :D
Got the Mk IV a couple week ago and just got the P4 yesterday :D:D:D

I'm over 500 the Vertigo is the only unique (not an alternate livery) expensive car from UCD I need, then it's the F2007 and Miura then I'm just buying up odds and ends till there ain't no more to buy :D
 
I checked the price of the classic racing Ferrari in the dealership........20,000,000 credits!!!!! I've never even had that much to date! Does it come as a prize car on anything?

Also, for the first time, saw the Chapparal 2D and that was 14,000,000 credits!!! God knows how long it's gonna take to get all these weird and wonderful motors!

I always wondered why the lady in Argos made me fill out a survey before I was allowed to purchase a 360. Must be to weed out the PS3 fanboys as they are a threat to society. :rolleyes:

The ASA held up one of the complaints by the way. That means Sony's Ad agency were caught fibbing.
 
Not sure if anyones mentioned it but there are new seasonals up - 5 races all revolving around pick-ups (the 6 that actually exist in GT5 including the Midget :p)...

Yep :) Another few million down the drain :p. Though I just bought the Subaru Super Touring that was in my UCD too :D. What a nice car...

I just bought that Mitusbishi Super Evolution Rally car or whatever it was called. Also decided to splash out on a new pick up (despite having a perfectly good Ford Lightning). Bought the Silverado SST and maxed it out, only to find that it basically handles like a turd that won't flush (ok it's not that bad but still)
 
LOL, went from 17 million credits to zero buying up the new additions in the Online Dearlership ;) Managed to get the penniless trophy finally. Forgot to do it first thing when I started playing GT5! Doh!!!
 
Help...

Can anyone give any tips (or Lend out a Chaparral) to finish b-spec historic cup on cote d'azure. Have a Toyota 7 and a b-spec driver in the 30's and still cannot finnish the thing in 1st.
 
that new Seasonal races, TRUCK racing one, Nurenburg ring gives you $110,000 just for 8 minutes. Brilliant way of increasing your money. My truck whips past all the others.
 
Slowing down for those corners definately helped RED, now just the horror of NASCAR to finish and the 2 24hr endurance and I am pretty much done.

NASCAR has been driving me crazy
