Also those beansprouts are horrible. They should be as white as the chopping board and they shouldn't be chiopped. I work for one of the largest beansprout suppliers in the UK and we won't sell to any of the major UK supermarket chains. The beansprouts they supply have been handled too much and aren't really fresh. If you want good beansprouts go to a chinese supermarket, in the afternoon, after the previous days stock has gone and the fresh stuff is on the shelves.
