Plastic surgery / Cosmetic - would you change anything?

Head transplant.
Don't suppose they have worked out how to do one of them yet have they? If they find out how to do it 100% safely, i'd do it.

But, I would like to change a lot of thing's really. My teeth have never been straight ever since I was hit in the mouth by a hockey ball. They have also gone a yellow colour now :( I'd have them done.
Then i'd have my ears pinned as they stick out. They are probably the only 2 thing's I would ever have done really.

So what if its vanity? People upgrade cars , computers , phones etc. Why not upgrade the most important asset you have.

If it makes you more appealling to sexy ladies then I dont see the problem. Money well spent :D

Not a very flattering photo to be honest but you can see how white and perfectly straight they are. You get to choose the colour etc... I went for the darkest of the bleached shades, which to be honest is very white. You could have course go for the more natural tones but I kind of like the 'almost' too perfect look. I never used to smile in photos even though they weren't particularly bad. I was just very self conscious before. Now i'm like Mr. Ed :p

Can't see them,. all i see if a very bright starry glow?
 
I'd get my teeth straightened. Not lik ethey look like an earthquake in a graveyard or anything, just a bit crowded. Have though of going for those Invisalign jobbies.

Probably laser eye correction as well but that's not really cosmetic.
 
I'm starting to go bald so some hair implants would do me nicely. Teeth whitening probably but I can get a friend to do that for me for free (he has a fancy machine for it). It involves exposing them to rays of some sort, none of that veneer stuff though.
