Well I seem to have scared her off with my talk of wonky eyes and missing teeth, so you're on!Well if Ms Horsey doesn't go well, I am also in London![]()
Not exactly no, she said I was definitely not out of her league, then I suggested we go for a drink when I'm next in London and she said yes definitely, but I haven't heard from her since then.Oh dear!!! Did you organise a date?
I sent her another email a few days after the wonky eye one saying that I was of course joking and did she still want to meet up but I've not had a response even though I know she's read the email.
Just be interested, let her do the talking.
Match tells you when a mail you've sent has been read and when a user was last online. How do you know that she has read the email?
So you joked about HER having wonky eyes and missing teeth?! Lol!
BB x
haha no I didn't say it about her! She said she was really fussy about guys - I replied saying that it didn't bode well for me in which case since I have a wonky eye, a limp, missing teeth and a high-pitched voice. I was of course joking, but it seems the damage has been done!
Am I the only person here who rides then? Don't do it often now I'm single but my last two girlfriends have had horses and my mum has one now.
There are some very hoity toity people in the horse world, but they all shut their mouth when they see a lad riding. Seems it's quite an alien concept at most livery yards!
I don't ride, but can ride IYSWIM. Always wanted a horse, but seeing friends Vet bills always puts a dampener on things! Can talk the talk when needs be though.
This is what I concluded.Sounds like she has no sense of humour, so you probably did yourself a favour.![]()
I love the idea of looking out the window and seeing my horse out grazing..... not so keen on the idea of sorting it out myself! If I ever did it I'd probably just get it liveried in stables nearby.Yeah, I'd need to have my own land if I wanted my own horse. It's like running a second car money wise though, not ready for that yet!
I don't know a great deal but I'll get on on any horse and have a go. Won't be long till I'm landing on my head I'm sure as I have this "bigger the better" viewpoint when getting on a horse. Everyone I know has silly little ponies though!
