Wow, get a load of Mr Privileged Upbringing. You just don't have a clue, do you. For some people, it's the only work they can find. And you're not even willing to make their awful jobs slightly better.
Choose to make burgers. Choose? Some people have no choice at getting even marginally skilled work.
Sorry if this sounds a little tit for tat, but yours is worse, to be honest. You sound quite selfish and unpleasant - just from this, at least.

OK, what other way is there? I'm interested.
Mr priveleged upbringing? Hmm. I think that counts as a personal attack.
1) because it is false and
2) it is insulting
I'm not selfish or unpleasent at all. You seem to either work for a fast food chain or have some kind of unnatural love for fast food employees. All of which is very drab and as DM has already said, this is my opinion, accept it just like I accept yours and move on!
And lets have it right i doubt the average McDonalds worker gives two ****s if you empty your tray or not, its just part of his job.
Nah you shouldnt ban him, be the bigger man than that mate.

I really can't believe people are so against leaving rubbish on a table in a 'restaurant', we have people comparing this to littering which is laughable. Bottom line is, McDonalds employ people to serve and clean so if I choose to leave my rubbish for the staff to clean away then so be it.
To the people who said that the staff don't enjoy their job, that's not my problem, I don't enjoy my job but I do it and no-one makes it easier for me...
EXACTLY!
Im being made out to be some kind of mcdonalds staff killer by not empyting my tray on here!
As a previous BK worker I don't understand how people can be filthy enough to leave their half-eaten meal remnants behind on tables. I always clear my table when finished unless the bins are already overflowing, at which point I'd be making the problem worse.
Mr priveleged upbringing? Hmm. I think that counts as a personal attack.
They actually charge you more for eating in IIRC, so other than using their tables and chairs, what other service are you paying for? Them cleaning up after you is the answer.I don't really understand why you wouldn't put the rubbish away. You are generally encouraged to do so and it's on the way out. Plus it just saves whoever is working there some hassel and frees up the seats for people that want to use them. Just seems a bit inconsiderate to be honest.
