Who's joining the queue for iPad 2 on Friday then?

Got a white 16gb wifi today from the Westfield Apple Store. The guy said they had plenty of the wifi models (but no 3g's), it was easy, just walk in, ask a blue shirt and 10 minutes later I was out of there.
 
Well if Apple stores have "plenty" of them, I wonder if that means they will start to filter through to third party retailers in greater numbers.

And how's the screen on it by the way?
 
I doubt this is possible,but can you set up a guest account on the iPad, that doesnt have all your bookmarks and saved passwords etc.
 
cant believe my luck today!, finished work and decided to pop into town fer a peruse, wandered into john lewis and overheard someone talking about the stock they had of the ipad, one of the guys said they had 2 left to a guy interested in buying so i took a dive at the sales dude and promptly nabbed their last ipad! GET IN!

now at home messin around with a white 64gb 3g version.

and what an awesome club it is ;-) lol.

this thing is so different from my original ipad! its relativley the same sive screen wise but as its thinner, it just generally looks and feels so much smaller!, love it ;-)

just dowloading asphalt 6 hd to see what this sucker can do ;-)
 
Got one as well today..... as you can't reserve on line now, as stock levels are up.... so called a head to the store in Milton Keynes and they put one aside (if I believe them is !!!!).
Walked in at 7pm, and had a boxed and sealed black 32G WiFi in my hand......
Now waiting for the update to download :rolleyes:

I'm in Hong Kong at the moment and I've seen more ipad in 4 days than I have in a year in England! Just 10 min ago saw an ipad 2 in the wild.
 
I'll be honest, I love this thing but I'm not feelin the white colour one. I can't take it back to John Lewis so might stick it on the MEmbers Market in a bit and wait it out fer a black one.
 
Do you have a john lewis anywhere near you datamonkey? Managed to pick up my 2nd ipad from there yesterday. God knows why but they seem to be getting new stock daily unlike other retailers
