Fancy testing some Alpenföhn fans? Post in this thread!

Interested. I run a rig here in Singapore which has a unique range of temp from 32C 100% humidity to 20C aircon. Makes for some interesting test combinations. =)

Would love to be able to test 2 x 140mm and 1 x 120mm.

Basically I want to test how much better they are than the stock fans in my Coolermaster CM-690 II Advanced Dominator Case.

Great case, but I feel that the fans are a bit noisy. Would be interesting to see any temp changes in my CPU, GPU etc.

i have the same case and would love to test this too if possible :D

Hi. I am happy to test them on my 360 rad if you wish and can compare them with Apache Blacks and S-Flex fans for temps and user perceived noise.

Matt

Yes please :) a couple of 120's would be fanstatic, im colour theming my build black and blue so these are perfect :D will be testing them on a black ice rad cooling a 1055t, and comparing to akasa vipers and air cooling using the noctua DH-14

Thanks :)

I'm definatly up for testing two 120mm's to sandwich my Ultra 120 eXtreme between :)

I've got a 140 as a front intake in the 5.25" bays but it's not essential

Hi if i am not too late I would love to test these fans please. I have a NH-D14 so either or both fans would be great, also my case has 120mm & 140mm fans that I could swap out for testing. Thanks

Michelle

I believe in don't ask don't get and have just had an idea. My CPU is cooled by a Thermolab Baram and what is often called one of the best fans out there, the Noctua NF-P12.

I could replace all my stock case fans and the Noctua on my CPU for a full Alpenfohn fan setup. That way I can measure any temp drops properly, as measuring drops against changing case fans only is a little misleading as I am unsure it would make much difference.

Hi

I use an H70 to cool my i7 950 with 2 x Akasa Vipers installed would be good to see how they compare.

Thanks

Chris

I've just bought a H50-1 for my i5 2500K @ 4.5GHz so count me interested!

If I am successful then expect pictures of win magnitude :D

Hmmm probably too late but I'm interested, I'm using 9 Arctic Cooling F12's and 3 NZXT 140mm 9 Blade to cool my two water loops at the moment, for more details see my sig. Happy to try either a few 140's or a few 120s in places to see the difference.

OC'ed i7 950 rampage II extreme + SLI MSI Frozr II 470s
