You're still not getting it. Your studies don't have to explicitly further your career or income prospects (although for most of us, a good degree from a good institution does).

My view on it is that ''in my case'' its not needed nor will it ever,

I don't recall a great deal of public question and answer sessions in my university life.
Maybe in small study groups, or tutorials, but lectures didn't involve open answering sessions. I'd have thought a tutor would have quickly put an end to any hilarious commentry from other pupils.

Good on her for wanting to gain further knowledge.... Most in her position wouldnt think about to uni!
