8 weeks smoke free

I used to roll my own, tbh you will prob need a good throat hit so go for a good mod(PV)higher the voltage more flavor and throat hit and a good e-juice, tobacco flavor>23% nic content highway or 555 are good and also RY3 + 4.
good sites are liberty flights and cloud9vapor but there are a few just google e-cig mods.
P.S. 3.7 volt vaping is as good as 5-6v vaping with a LR (low resistance) atomizer imo

any recommendation for a roll up smoker (GV)

TA
If I were to buy another one then this would suit me £50 will buy you a Tornado Tank kit everything you need and since you like it another few quid for a small bottle golden Virginia black label from totally wicked depending on how your cash flow is it maybe worth trying one out first as ive bought for a few people of those three out of the four have gone back on the ciggs` however threre were some teething problems getting started for some,an other reason for the TTank is its so easy to use just fill it up and your good to go,have a look on you tube for some demos or on the totally wicked site,

If you go for a 5v passthrough dont get a normal attie, you will pop em like sweets :)

You mean don't use LR atties. ;)

Stick an LR attie on a 5v or 6v passthrough and it's byebye.

LR atties are designed to give a 5v experience on a 3.7v battery. You should only use normal atties on a 5v or 6v mod.

I ment you would prob be safer with a HV attie from your mains with a usb adapter @ full 5v but yes normal atties would be good from your computer usb
6V mods use VHV atties, use normal atties on 6V they wont last long

wow,

Lots of E-cig users on OCUK, how times have changed, good :)

I had my last cigarette last January, so 16 months free. I quit many times before, but it was never this easy. For me, using E-cigs over regular cigarettes is harm reduction.

I've recently got hold of a new atomiser called the 510-T, imported it from China. It's the same size as a regular 510 atomiser, but has a tank system (not to be confused with the Tornado tank which is a larger atomiser, and not as good in my experience).

Gave up fags in July, ive not smoked one since, I was on gum till January and moved onto regular gum then, im addicted to that now (i get ancy the same way as if i didnt have a fag if im not chewing gum).

Well done! 9 months for me. I used the inhalators having tried and failed with patches and gum in the past and have weaned myself off that, though I occasionally have one at hand when on the drink. I took inspiration when one of my sporting heroes died, doesn't take a scientist to tell you that smoking can take you from

I think a lifetime of hard drinking contributed just as much as smokes did for the Hurricane's demise.

As an aside, I literally just took delivery of a few juices from Paradise Vape UK -- Menthol Tobacco, Spearmint, Ginger Bread, and they threw in a free sample of low nic Grape flavour.

Just trying the Grape now and it's looooovely! Like vaping grape soda.

EDIT: Ginger Bread... not so good. Smells nicer than it tastes.

Well done, ive done 2 weeks with 1-2 cigs a day and now done 3 days completly nicotine free. Im using champix tablets which supress the craving but boy its hard, wish i never started.

When do the craving go away? 1,2,3 months or are we talking years!!

I'm now 3 months without a smoke using the same method. I still still get the odd urge for a smoke very occasionally but nothing like a craving.

It'll calm down when you stop the pills. Mine did anyway.

dam, i hope this is not at all worse than cigs, no research like cigs i guess?

I hope 10 years down the line they dont say this is worse/who knows then cigs.

Going for the tank kit, gotta stop these cigs, got 2 kids and its doing my head in knowing what im doing and i need to make sure i get to see then when they get older.

No in-depth long term effect research done as of yet (how could there be?), however the main reliable research that I've read concluded that it may not be entirely safe, however vaping can reliably be regarded as several magnitudes safer than cigarette smoke.

Good enough for me, until I grow a second butthole or something.

Sounds like symptoms you have when your ARE a smoker !

Anyway hang in there champ... It's going to get easier by the day. Getting past 3 days is great ! All you need to do is get to 7 days and 14 days and you'll be looking at a brighter fresher future.

Your withdrawal symptoms will pass - Might also be an idea to seek the assistance of your GP

That passes. As said, after a couple of weeks, (You are nearly half way there!) Your nose starts to breathe easier, and seriously, you can smell much better! Everything does have a better taste and smell. Its wierd really.
