I don't think they are doing it in a mean way, it's just that Diana was such an iconic figure for a lot of people, and loosing her was a great loss to millions.

Funny enough, Diana was the only member of the royal family I actually liked. I even saw her in person once, when she was opening a new wing at Blackpool tower. I never shook her hand or anythng, but I was in front row and she passed right by me.

Any love I had for that family died with her.

Given that British Gas phoned me up yesterday and asked if they could come and service my boiler on Friday morning I'll probably be a bit occupied with other things rather than watching the royal wedding.
