well, today i finally said goodbye to my old Ford Explorer. It's been in the family since new (1998), and is the most reliable car I've ever had - no problems whatsoever with it apart from consumables.
It was however starting to show it's age, and a recent new aquisition left no space in the drive for it. It's gone to a good home where it will be well cared for, but I already miss the sheer size and comfort of it. Can't say I'm missing the 15MPG economy though.
Ridiculously sentimental of me I know, but you do get attached to something when you've known it so long.
