I can't 'Check In' on Facebook.

Samsung Galaxy S.

Can't seem to get it working...i tried using the Facebook Application.

Places > Check In > ......

And then it keeps 'loading' and nothing happens.

Am i just doing it wrong?

I tried using the 'Social Hub' but i can't seem to make it work.

Checking in at Hooters is always good

Use the mobile site, it's easier. Some phones are buggy with the Android Facebook App.

Works fine on my galaxy s using the facebook app. Only used it once though, just to try it out.

Have you got the GPS turned on?

I didn't realise you needed GPS...i thought you could do it without.

Have you moved the FB app to your SD Card, as that can cause a similar fault.
Moving it back to phone storage fixes that...

Maybe you can as i've not tried it without, but when i done it i had the GPS on so could be worth a try.

You don't need GPS as long as you have wireless networks enabled in the location settings. It get's an approximate location from the mobile network and then fb guesses what's close.
