RECOMEND ME A HARD DRIVE/GRAFICS CARD

Can anyone recomend me a hard drive they dont seem to last very long,
pages start to stick and take time loading its the same problem i always get
but when i put a new hard drive in and reinstal windows everything is upto
speed once more,my system is

1. intel cpu q8200 2.33ghz
2. windows 7
3. gigabyte ga-p31-es3g motherboard
4. 4g ram
5. corsair 400w power supply
6. antec sonata case

i use avg free anti virus, i dont use any storage i only surf the net ive got
virgin 20meg broadband im after a hard drive that will last and be fast, my
grafics card is 32 bit and a bit old i could update it and run 64bit windows 7
please HELP.
 
It's not a new hard drive you need - the windows reinstall is making things "like new."

Take a drive image of a new install and restore back to that every few months for that like new experience without all the hassle of sorting out drivers and installing applications.

And lose all the changes you've made, updates, programs you've installed and files you've downloaded in those few months :eek:
 
He's going to do a reinstall anyway when buying a disc that may not be needed.

My answer had nothing to do with the OP's issue.

It was in response to your suggestion that every few months you reinstall an image of your PC that is several months old.

Every change to your PC in those intervening months will be lost.
 
Try defragging your drive before re-installing windows or buying a new drive, its probably fragmented as heck.

Thanks folks for all the help, my present hd is a samsung spinpoint 1tb but
ive now used a registry cleaner and everthing is back uptp speed, its called
wise registry cleaner, so my hd was not causing the problem.
