Improved?

What do you think? Saves space.

Edit the pictures are broken in IE9 :S

Yup, working now.

The original is nicer in my opinion. Don't need to move the home/bookmark? icon under the window buttons.

I thought they didn't use the integration to Windows 7 fully. Everything can fit into the window bar but they made it bigger than it's normal size.

Oops sorry I added them in the wrong order, fixed now. So you guys like my version better wooo :D I hope MS see this thread.

Is there anyway to auto-hide the favourites bar? Like in Chrome it only shows on new tabs.

does anybody really still use IE, I've been using FF for years now, with noscript and other addons. but as other people have said it looks much better without the top bit.

Internet Explorer.... Despite being impressed with the preview and the demos Chrome/RockMelt is so much better. Obviously its all all a matter of personal preference, but I can't really see how anyone can top Chrome, given that it constantly gets updates and is really fast too (which is the reason I switched from FF which just got slower and slower)

Loads of people...

Generally FF is used by computer geeks and those near them that have been told to use it, chrome is now used by young people on their new laptops (because they clicked chrome on the browser choice window) and IE9 is used by everybody else... :p

(I use IE9 predominantly, FF occasionally and Chrome more and more for duties that used to be done by FF, because FF is pretty rubbish performance wise).

Don't really understand the beef with the IE9 interface. Sure, it's not going to win any awards but neither is it as bad as people make out.

And the "improved" version is broken. Imagine you open up 3 or 4 tabs. Now where are you supposed to click if you want to move the window around your desktop?

Sure why not :p After all, my FF is using the Opera button style via Stratiform!
