In all honesty, i've no idea which to plump for, they all have their faults, so for now im sitting back and see what i like.

I've gotta wait nearly 2 and a Half years (Just upgraded 6 months early)...

So my Xperia Arc should last me till then and I can look at SE's Dual/Quad core offerings then!! :)

I think the market needs to invest in battery technology RnD before upping the power of processors to be honest. Battery life on modern day smart phones is a joke.

I think it was 4.3, 4.3.1 and 4.3.2 haven't made it any better. It trashed a lot of peoples battery life too among lots of other things, but mine seems to be alright. The micro-lagging annoys me though as you dont want that from an iPhone!

That's just Apple's way to tell you it's time to buy their newest product. :D

Does anyone here have an Atrix yet?
Been reading up on it and it looks like a winner to me...

A few people do in the Atrix thread, but you can't get them over here yet without importing. Its good but I would never use its main feature, which is the laptop thing.

Main feature? lol.
Most reviews say its an addon ability. :p
Plus, it cant be a main feature if you have to buy it seperately...;)

Well, it is the main selling point at least. Nothing else about the Atrix makes it worth considering over the SGS2 or Sensation really.

Unless you want the slightly higher resolution at the expense of a worse screen and dont want the Sensation because it has slightly less RAM and probably a worse battery.

What do you think makes it a winner?

But how can it be a selling point if the laptop addon doesnt come with it?;)

The same way Smart Covers were a main selling point of the iPad 2 ;)
Not really.
The iPad2's smart covers were clearly advertised as an accessorie and yes, they were mentioned as a main feature, but that is Apple, the company that tried to convince us last year that 'folders' were the way to the future! :p

The Atrix, irrespective of its ability to dock into a variety of accessories, remains a very competitive next gen phone. High res screen, dual core, tegra, 1gb ram, tons of storage built in, fingerprint reader, etc;
All in a 4" package thats thin and light.
Not everyone wants the 4.2"+ that other next gen phones has.

Get the Atrix then if you really think its better, you seem to really not want to buy the Samsung :p
Pot call kettle in reverse surely? ;)
Its not a case of not wanting the Samsung at all, i just want to see them all before plumping for one. The Samsung hasnt convinced me in any way upto now that its worth looking at. The Atrix looks interesting, the Sensation is middle of the road & the Optimus X2 looks a bit naff.:p
