Not sure I believe Osama Bin Laden was killed only the other day, he's probably been dead a while...

The timing for the release of his death was most likely planned. Also funny that they apparently rushed his funeral by burying him at sea so quickly? Why would they do that?

It's all a bit shady to me.

Buried within 24hrs, according to his religious beliefs. At least he got a burrial, should have given him the russian treatment.

You paint a picture of him being man handled outside the buildings in the compound, and of him being put up against a wall and given a summary execution.

But have you got any source for this ? as some reports i've read said he was shot in a gun battle with US troops and reportedly using other people in the compound as human shields ?

I'm sorry if I'm going to sound a little aggressive but when the **** hasn't it been, as you put it; massive? Thing have been quite the opposite, it's just the media attention.

I wish people would stop thinking things haven't been worse, this crap happens all the time, as long as history has been recorded you can see events in the geological, biological and social conflict have been making it a hell for people and then some, before we learned to read and write, or communicate, before we roamed the planet.

It's not always about the numbers, how many, when, how close to each other it happens, it just does.

Being buried at sea doesn't tie into the Muslim belief though, so why would they dump him out in the ocean?

Telling everybody he's out at sea means nobody will ever get to see/identify his 'recently' dead body....

or maybe he was hiding behind a woman unarmed hoping they wouldnt shoot on sight so he could be taken alive.

Was on the news last night that reports he used his wife as a shield were incorrect. She was caught in the 'crossfire'.

Something to keep in mind when it comes to conspiracy theories, is that the authorities in charge of overseeing such matters don't care one way or another what a 3rd party thinks. It makes no operational difference to western forces in the middle east whether some people think that he was killed years ago, killed yesterday, assassinated by aliens, whatever.

Conspiracy theorists often operate under the assumption that their view point is relevent and that others need to be concerned about disproving/validating it. The authorities could care less whether the general public believes he's dead or not. The authorities could care less whether people think Americans actually landed on the moon or not. The authorities could care less if people think the Twin Towers was an inside job. The authorities could care less whether the general population thinks Roswell was a cover-up or not.

The bottom line is that when the decision was made to dump his body at sea, the concern that conspiracy theories could result didn't even factor into the decision. To factor it in would mean such concerns are relevant, when in fact they aren't.

Yeah, he is dead a long while ago! The body of bin laden in the sea isn't him at all, more fool the americans believe obama and start to votes for him to kept him in 2nd election victory! That's what all election all about. All governments are cover up and bloody liars!

Obama is so stupid to say "The world is now much safer without him!" Tony Blair is right saying "Bin Laden may be dead but the terror isn't" so, Blair sound like he knew bin laden could be somewhere!
