Some posts in here are bordering on scary. :/

Another good book to read is by Niall Ferguson. Can't remember the name from the top of my head but it's very dry, and goes through lots of e.g. planning documents they found and extrapolate from them Hitler's wishes of the Third Reich.
 
I think looking at the Roman empire is a good indication of how things would have gone.

At first it would have been all strict regime, regional seats of power directly reporting to Berlin, etc. progress less restricted by ethics and so on, but eventually it would start to crumble.

I suspect the Royal family would have continued pretty much like now, little better than a museum piece in a gilded cage, Hitler did have some regard for things with strong tradition and a disciplined regime - infact they may even have retained some power over the region that would have been the UK if they in turn promised to faithfully follow the directive of Berlin.

Id quote a few of them but but im using my phone.

The nazis were ****s and it seems like people are forgetting that. We don't even know if it would be better with them, in most cases it would be much worse. Hell look at the big stink people make about that id card plan a few years ago. That would be the leaf if your worrys if they won!
Like someone said it would most likely be like living in north korea or an even more censored china.

People just need to grow a bloody brain and realise they haven't actually got it too badly in life how it is today.
Just because they list doesn't mean its held us back. Just think of all the doctors, scientists and inventors that would have been killed or just not even born if he won.

This thread scares me a bit too actually. As the son of an immigrant and great grandson of someone who fought for the British against the Nazi's I'm quite surprised that people would believe life would be better under Nazi rule.

You say that you don't subscribe to Nazi ideaology but, would have liked the results of what would have happened in terms of imigration had we been invaded.

That smacks of hipocrisy, the measures that would have been taken to suit what you say you like are Nazi racial ideals.

Im sure I do bore you, maybe you will be so bored you will do a little research and see how bad the things are you say you like instead of typing a reply and being bored some more.
