At the moment I am using a Merc SL55 which is great untill i get on site, the cars too low down, the box office we use is right at the back of the site, and there isnt a road to it just a track carved out by a digger, very messy. I have to park at the front and walk to the office at the back of the site to get work done, whilst my peers simply park next to it in their 4x4's.

I wish I knew how to get into property development, asides from buy to let.
I took a trip in a friends V8 RR Sport a few months ago and I loved it. Was a great car to travel in and has real presence when you're standing up close to it.
I would probably prefer one over an X5 or X5, theres something about them that tick all the right boxes for me.

getting into propety aint exactly easy but u just got to learn the ropes

A lot of things are easy, the reason that some people don't get into things is the fear of not being able to do it or having the belief that it must be complex which holds people back!
Or that most people have an income that they rely on and cannot just drop it to take a chance on something else
And, as jez said, lack of initial investment of course.
Start it as a side line without giving up the steady income stream. But it does take a few quid to get rolling, and a power suit/Rolex obviously

Be born into an upper middle class bougie family, have daddy pay for everything and risk nothing of your own, claim there's no such thing as luck and that it was all down to hard work and anyone can do it. Look down at others based on this "work" ethic.

I just like pointing out the hypocrisy of some people who have worked oh so hard for their wealth.
Jez works hard though dosent he.
I have no idea how hard Jez works. My post wasn't aimed at anyone in specific but it is rather telling when you make a statement like that and people respond with "oh you are just jealous/bitter", as if that makes the original statement void even if one was jealous or bitter about not being born into wealth.
