How does that work then? I mean people who want to buy a house tend to have an area in mind and a type of house they would like. Developers find available sites then make best use of the land, with what a 2 year or so development time usually advertising before construction begins. How do you match your developments to word of mouth sales?

Coming in late to this thread, but...

Range Rover Sports are common as muck around here, I see nearly as many of them as I do new Mini's.

I'm sure they are very nice but there is really nothing special about them, surely?
