No Portal 2 thread?

Finished the SP tonight, but need to run through it again to pick up a fair few achievements that I missed. It was brilliant. Trying to line up to do co-op with a mate now.
 
I finished up the SP achievements last night - only a couple of really tricky ones. Agree that the dev commentary was a bit sparse.

Waiting for a mate to pick it up and will then be doing co-op with him, all being well, but will probably want to hook up with some people on here to pick up some of the co-op achievements that need you to use different people.

This is what I find amazing about Valve games, the story is so well laid out, no stupid cut scenes or unskippable pointless bits. The story pans out whilst you're exploring.

The pure opposite of Doom 3, with all those silly staff memo logs that you have to open and listen to

What? Really? Identical?! Er ok. I'm not sure we are looking at the same site then. Most of those screenshots show the PS3 version to be noticeably cripser (albeit with almost no shadows :()

My eldest boy is well into this, i've helped him out occasionaly and have a had a few chuckles at the little robot thingy. Seems like a very well put together game.
 
If anyone is needing the Professional Portal (75G) achievement I can help. I've not played coop yet. Let me know your gamertag and I can jump on. Gonna play coop tonight sometime, but wanted to give an ocuk'er the achievement if they need it :)
 
SP took me maybe 8-10 hours.

For the record, I picked up the game second hand for £27.50 shipped on ebay in the second week of release.
 
Stuck on Chapter 3 - 16, resisting any temptation to youtube it though :/

EDIT: Just went back to it and did it on my first try :)

I'm really enjoying the SP in this game. It's very funny!
The amount of times i've been stuck on a puzzle for ages is just silly! And then I realise it's just one simple thing that i'd missed :o

I actually found 2 to be a lot easier than 1, as 1 was originally made for the mouse/keyboard PC style gameplay, so you need to be a lot quicker with the portals for velicity/multiple portal thinking, however I like the puzzles in Portal 2 a lot more, as they were quite varied and clever.

i found this one harder. mostly because i was trying to over complicate a lot of the solutions. I miss the test chamber bits though. like complete this in 5 portals or 3 steps etc
