I think the screw mountings on the back should be your first port of call, as if they don't match up to ATX then it's game over anyway. Your PSU does look ATX from that rather poor and blurry image! Why not google the model number to find out for sure?
I it part of a pre-assembled PC like a dell or something? If so, whats the computer model?
Its got four screws holding it into place from the back
the model number is: fsp250-60hen
how do i find out if its ATX.
You'll have to be careful about length of the new PSU though, those nasty pre-built machines give little clearance to the optical drive (and associated cables), so anything larger than what you've got might not fit, even if it is ATX.

do your four holes match the positions on this PSU?
If yes, then buy the Bequiet.
Ahh I've seen that before on HP prebuilts from the same place. I think in the end I mounted a PSU upside down in it and had to cut out a tab of metal from the top left to get it to fit. Damn, that's annoying.
I can't be sure until I get home and check, but I think my girlfriend's old PSU only had four screws, but the holes' position match that of an ATX PSU. Like I say, can't be sure at the moment (and I might just be making up wishful thinking on your behalf), but if I remember to do so I'll have a look when I get home in a couple of hours.please some1 tell me i wont have to do that
Hang on -- I've replaced many a dell pc with these PSUs. Some of those FSP PSUs have a retainer clip at the back that can't be removed. If yours has this then be careful of the weight of the new PSU because only the for case screws will be holding it up.. I've replaced with branded PSUs and they have been fine without but ideally I'd search for a direct replacement. Just a heads up really. I've tried googling a picture - no joy.
Can you confirm this?
it's like a ledge strip build on to the psu which inserts into the top of the case.
