Righto,

Can any of you guys here tell me how to get the follow working with Swedish Spring.

1) The circle battery indicator - this was available in JJ but the zip doesn't work with any other release i've tired

2) In the FLB ROM there is a widget in the notification area that allows easy selection of GPS, USB, SYNC, Data etc... Swedish Spring doesn't have this

Has anyone had problems installing Swedish Spring (RLS5) on their phone? Every time I try about halfway through the install process it process it hangs. For information trying to update from FLB10 and using clockwork mod to do the update.

Is this still the best budget Android phone? Been a while since I sold mine and went back to a dumb phone (samsung C3050) but thinking of venturing back to Android. I got fed up with poor battery life on the SF when under heavy use (I tried all the roms etc etc) standby was fine and would last for days but if I go android again it would be for lots of mobile web and app use.

Just bought one of these for my sister. Unlocked and put new ROM on. Quite impressed with it for the money.

Just sold mine on ebay for £104 (only paid £80 for it in February) - as I found it just a little too laggy regardless of the ROM I used.

It is with regards to games sadly...no matter how I play angry birds it just doesn't like it :p

It's far quicker than my iPhone 2G.

Yeah but that was a dog of a phone as well lol. Ive moved to a Desire S and the difference is so noticeable.

The San Fran is great for people to play/experiment with and for someone who doesn't use it for the 100s of emails they get everyday. I would still recommend it to anyone on a serious budget, but not to anyone who needs to use it seriously.

Only game you need is wordfeud though ;)

Bejeweled 2 and Fruit Ninja work just fine too.

Meh, I like AB, the phone just cripples due to all the physics effects11!11

I didnt really use it for games - it was getting into and opening emails that annoyed me.

Aye, that's where the Iphone is just good, everything works, theres no fancy roms to try and make it work better...it just works

Well, 3G onwards obv
