Hows it looking now? Are you doing some weights to get some definition or were you purely after losing weight?
Yup, im coming on nicely (imo) but im struggling with strength and definition (of any kind) in my chest / pecs.
Ill take another picture or two tonight, but i really need to man up and learn to get some strength in my chest

My bi-ceps and tri-ceps have some definition and my calfs (calves) are looking well defined.
