Viewing private facebook profiles

Edit, tried Luseac's link in 2 browsers now. In Firefox, this happened and in Chrome, this happened.

Nah, just the Rick Astley video (Firefox) or one of those annoying domain registration pages (Chrome). No virus/spyware on this machine, and HOSTS file is tight as a duck's arse I use OpenDNS mind so perhaps that's something to do with it. I just thought you did it as a joke

I have a question while we are on the topic of Facebook too, go on troll me saying people don't want to be my friend.

Basically, I think I sent a friend request to someone, and they have not accepted, but their statues and profile changing pictures update comes up, but I am not actually friends with them. Any idea how to remove them?

You can undo a friend request - go to their profile page and look at left hand side of screen - you should see the option to undo or cancel friend request.
