Supplements the debate/discussion thread

I'm looking to get some creatine. Creatine Monohydrate 200 Mesh on ironscience is just £8.99 for a kilo, but Creatine Monohydrate is £11.99.

Is there any difference between them or are they all the same kind of thing?
Creatine mono is around £8 a kilo using the MP price match
 
Damn it! I thought it was back on offer!

I'm desperate for some more, it's amazing stuff and I'm close to running out of the two I bought last time :(
 
Guys - I need some advice on supplements.
I love fish and try and eat it as much as I can, but given that it's so bleeding expensive, I think I want to supplement my diet.

Am I overdoing it with the following?

Fish Oil:

Too much or do I have the right balance?
 
I personally wouldn't bother with the Primrose oil, but definitely go for Omega 3 caps, most if not all lifters on here will be taking them

Don't know too much about Flaxseed
