Well this looks awesome!.. Asus Eee Transformer Tablet

anyone managed to sync birthdays from facebook to their calendars ?
Facebook updated my calendar on Desire HD but it does not work on transformer...

any idea how to sync that ?

All I can think of is by syncing in the settings like you do with your Google account
 
I'm thinking of ordering either the 16gb or 32gb version from BestBuy in the US and having it ship to one of my college in Minneapolis for him to bring over with him next month, the 16gb version works out at £246.

Anyone now if this will work out ok, I assume the hardware is the same and the power requirements will be fine though I may need a step down dependant on the charger supplied ?
 
The device itself will be the same, regarding the charger, it is a USB adapter, so the usb cable plugs straight into the charger, so all you'll have to do is buy any kind of USB plug adapter and it should work fine.

Not bad :) Cannot wait for 3.1 update :D

Also will be using this tablet a lot more often, so i may be able to do a review on the web browsers etc in a weeks time once all my college work is completed :)

Maybe more apps, but i dont have much experience of reviewing apps as such :)
 
Not sure about the 3.1 update, I know of a few guys with the Motorola Xoom that after the 3.1update...... BBC IPlayer no longer works/is supported.

If that is correct its bad news !!!!.

Surely the positives will most likely out-weigh the negatives?

Resizable widgets on the home screens, open applications button has scroll and some other features :)

Cant you just get the iPlayer app? or something similar to it?
