I bought a TV from the rain forest.. on 15th of may and decided to send it back. They received it today and said they can not give me a full refund until i send them the plug that it came with. The only problem is i didn't get a plug with it. I ended up useing the plug off of my old samsung tv. It didn't even really occur to me that it didn't come with a plug tbh until they emailed and asked for it.
I've e mailed and said i didn't get a plug (or 4 screws that attach the tv to the stand -_- ) and they have e mailed back and said "ALL tvs come with plugs. Please check for the plug and send it back asap or we can not issue you a refund." I don't have the plug though! Is there anything i can do? I could send back my samsung plug but why should i? I know i will get loads of posts moaning and saying "You should check everything!!! Its your own fault" lol but the fact remains i didnt get one. So how could i send it back? I kept the tv on for about 6-8 hours before packing it back up and sending it back so i didnt even have chance to say to them it was missing. Thanks for your advice
