****Official L.A Noire thread****

I didn't find it particularly repetitive at all. There are two or three "similar" cases but I found them all different in little ways.

Then again, I don't imagine murders in the 1950's had that much difference.

About 5 hours in and I think it's pure class. Always loved cinematic type games with lots of dialogue, and this is right up there for me.

I just know it will wind me up when this happens to me, in extras there is a car showroom, you could figure out what cars your missing and google for the best location to look

Just down to one more to go, apparantly its in a car park during one of the arson missions so i might just replay that rather than tearing my hair out looking for it. Damn you Packard Custom!

I've just been working out (insert fat person joke here) I'm wide awake! Going to start and try and 100% and get all the Trophies :p Any tips?

Google "LA Noire Trophy Guide" and go the the ps3trophies(dot)org link, great guide there for hidden locations etc

Grats on the plat :o That was fast.

Did you have to replay a lot of chapters or did you follow a guide from the start?

Cheers :) I had to replay most of the cases as I only got 5 stars in two of the vice ones in my 1st playthrough. Wasnt going to use a guide for 1st playthrough as that would kinda ruin the experience.

You serious? I'm still on lowly Homicide at the moment and all it is is drunk woman killed, find clues, question husband rinse and repeat, seriously bored to death of it now, haven't even really played at all today because of that reason.

It's not helping that because each case is so long I'm trying desperately to 5 star each case on my first play through :/

Sounds like an episode of some cop drama on HBO.

I had a bug last night. The little icon showing where to go on street crimes vanished but my partner still gave me directions to it even though the it no longer existed.

Wish I could speed into a wall and watch him fly out the windshield... but then I guess that would be too much like GTA. :(
