8 weeks smoke free

I've given up for 5 months now, but I’m still using lozenges sparingly.

This is my third attempt. Previously I've started again after about 6 months after foolishly thinking a couple at the weekend wouldn't be a problem.

The stupid thing is I'm feeling the same way now. Must resist :(
 
4 weeks tomorrow. Don't want one, not ever going to have one again, unless it is a Cuban cigar.

Admittedly, I am using a Nicorrette inhaler thing, but I am using it less and less. Only really when I go to the pub and drink.

I have 2 guys at work that quit smoking for about 2-3 months, they were so happy saving all the money they would normally waste on cigarettes but lately both of them started smoking again :(
 
The amount of CRAP that keeps coming out of my throat in the morning is unreal :o
 
Getting a bit of a hobby tbh just recieved my new PV from the states, Variable voltage 3.3v-6.0v you can dial in any atty,carto just great lots of flavor and vape.
Still haven't even wanted a ciggy which is very good for me as i never got past 6 weeks on NRT
 
What are these PV's and what are atty,carto?

Been a smoker since I was 9, I'm 52 in sept and would dearly love to give up the weed.
 
If you google e-cig or better still go to cloud9vaping.co.uk or libertyflights.co.uk you can read all about them :)
PV is a battery tube or box really, attys are atomizers which heat the juice up to create a vapor, cartomizers are the same as atomizers but filled with a media which absorbs juice and leakes it to the atty.
I too smoked a long time .....from about 11yo i'm almost 50 atm

What's the new PV you've got? Variable voltage sounds wicked! Is it a passthrough?
 
Its called a "Provari" no its not a passthrough runs of a single 18650 high drain 1600mah battery.
I get between 10 and 12 hrs use on a charge @ 4.4v atm
