Are there any real recorded cases of warranty claims being refused by any manufacturer based on some kind of 'collision detection' error code logged in a car? As the idea that a manufacturer can void it's legal obligation to repair vehicle faults based on some random sensor readings by an effectively dumb computer seems utterly unbelievable. The very fact you can generate one of these codes by lifting the rear wheels off the ground and accelerating indicates to me that it doesn't mean much at all.
 
you can clear the faults anyway my indy did it for me for free after an oil service

not sure about the warranty part, I suppose there is a chance?
 
Only this morning I thought to myself "where did the RR thread go?"

Gibbo, we doing deposits? Or are we paying in full on the day? If paying in full, expect half the people on the 'Running' list to not turn up.

My my, you are negative lately.

No-shows aren't historically that bad at RR days, there are usually enough people there that the numbers aren't an issue.
 
Last time I went to PS, it was billed as being the biggest yet, with about 30 runners and 50+ spectators. They even got a burger van in for us...

The end result was about 15 runners and a handfull of spectators. Its why deposits were introduced for the Eurospec one.

It wasn't really a moan, more just a reassurance that without deposits we will definitely be done in time for lunch :)

Indeed, it is also usually easy to ask a couple of others to bump the numbers up if really needed. :)

Is that the one where you declared you would "never go to another Motors meet again"? :p

It doesn't really matter how many people show up as most of the people that do turn up are awesome enough to make up for those that don't ;)
