Do you reach for a non-existent weapon when you feel threatened?

Imagine what I would have done with my fire-breathing fists!

Ha-do-ken...

Actually - I normally assume the best about people. I don't think I've ever felt threatened like that.

Asim I genuinely think you should lay off of the rastafarian old holborn, its obviously not doing your mental health any good!

This is kinda dumb. People instinctively check their valuables, so if you see a group of shady characters (who know they're shady characters), reaching into your jacket looks like you're protecting your stuff.

For example, when in the middle of a crowd, say "Ah! I've lost my wallet!" quite loud. Everyone nearby will almost immediately telegraph where they keep their wallet.

Asim, are you from east London? I seem to remember we had a conversation before, and you hail from Statford. Is that correct? I grew up, and still live in Stepney. I'll admit, Stratford has more weirdos, but Stepney/Mile End has more murders, I'll take you out for a drink round here if you fancy it!

I always carry a few coins in my pocket and put them between my knuckles if I see some "shady" characters. Works a little bit like a knuckle duster just not as good. Can give you that edge though
