HSBC sercure key fob

:D

Wallets are too bulky. Before heading out i'll stick my cashcard and some cash in my pocket.. I don't want to carry a stupid fob around with me.

You could try shopping around for some more compact wallets. Not all of them are bulky. I never used to use a wallet but i found i needed a new bank card every year as the chip and pin part got damaged.

The barclays online system is a lot less mobile than that

Same as the Lloyds one. Although the Lloyds one is only used for business atm.

Anyway, its not for our security. Its for THEIRS. Now if anything happens, they just say you left your card reader in a dodgy place. Et viola. They have no accountability.

Move banks. Nationwide tried this on me a few years ago. It took me 15 minutes of cocking around to pay my gas bill online. I smashed it with a hammer & moved to 1st direct the same evening.

Who does BACS transfers whilst they are "out and about"?

me:confused:

lol, I wonder if First Direct will be getting the fobs soon though, same company isn't it?

I can see your point. Still it's more convenient than having to traipse to the local branch and hope that it's not been shut while you were not looking...

go with natwest. afaik they only require for adding new payee, so you can still log in and check and pay someone you previously paid :) i struggling to use it as it also has asked 3 different questions i need to provide secret answers to like what's my mums name, which is a rubbish secuirty question, the best one is a random one so no one can ever guess it, but i can't remember 3 random question answers and which answer was to which question :( logging in should be fairly relaxed and not require anything more then password and username, it's doing stuff that should then be restricted. i also think they should have an option for you to set your account pc so that only you can do anything like pay someone from that pc, if you want to add another pc then you have to call/answer questions etc.

******* me off as well. Already lost one. Yet another piece of crap I have to carry around. Should just create a mobile application or something along those lines that integrates with something I already own as opposed to inconveniencing something that is supposed to be a convenience to me.
