I had 45 hours and was on the final agency mission. That was on my PS3 save.

Now my PS3 is Gone I will start over on PC....I dunno if im sad or happy.

Well even at 45hrs I was only like 30% complete total game or soemthing even though on last agency mission lol....

ive only done ~4-5 races but got most of everything else, i just did 1 race and got 0.9% so i should be on around 97-98% just by finishing the rest of the races, ive been reading that the games got a bug and you cant get past 99.95% or smth

Lol its a hella fun mod. Theres 2 flying speeds as well. If you want to fly hyper-fast you just call up the black market dealer and in there you will see "Faster flying speed" or something like that listed. Just select it. You can then tool around at about Warp 1

Its a clever mod - the guy who made it has cleverly tweaked the parachute and made it invisible. Although you can still hear the parachute sound effect as you zoom around.

No game has ever kept me coming back for more like this one does.

Its also an evil game - nothing is more maddening than seeing a town is 90% complete and youre up till 1:00am searching for that last thing to blow up!

Definitely don't take it too seriously, just treat it as a massive sand-box for playing about in. I use it for testing the capabilities of cars off-road and spawning them at the top of the highest mountain to throw them off and see how long each one lasts most of the time with a few missions in between.

To be honest I have no regrets paying the full price for it when it was released.

Some good mods on the net too like unlimted grapple lines to tie a bunch of stuff together then drive off a cliff!

I love levels where youre ontop a vehicle being chased by enemies in other vehicles, grapple their vehicle to a passing wall or post, watch the vehicle fly. Good fun.

i prefer to fly the big commercial aircraft with a car on one wing and a helicoptor on the other then crash land it somwhere nice

Just played it, started a new game, went to the nearest military airport and grabbed an eclipse G19... Man those things are sexy. Can't seem to shoot down planes very easy though, is there some sort of lock on control?

Just went back to this and finally completed the campaign - now for mercenary mode!

Am only 32.09% complete so plenty to do yet!

Yes i am, click the desktop short cut for the game then the screen go's black with just the orange cursor visable & i can hear the music then the it minimizes to the bottom task bar.

I run JC2 on Win 7 64bit with no problems. Maybe your install got messed up? Try an uninstall & fresh re-install? Or even a repair install (I dunno if you can do that).

Are you running it on one screen or Eyefinity?

Really stuck with control at the mo, i tried mapping all the buttons, but coudnt get used to it! so decided to plug my xbox controller in, and i could only use the sticks :O, any idea as to how i can get the controller working? I reset all the controllers etc.. and nothing. Getting anoyed with it as i know its a fantastic game as i had it on xbox but the controllers are grrrr

Yes tried that, it's a common problem when you google it.

Playing this brilliant game currently, why other games can't have such a huge open world is one of the big let downs on some games, Farcry2 'massive' map was a joke compared to this because you can go anywhere on this huge string of tropical islands with no loading screens between areas etc.

Get a chopper & fly to the top of mountains & then leap out & skydive back down pulling your chute as & when you need it.
I must admit that I started using a cheat after a while to be able to buy any vehicles or guns etc
Creeping round a village planting sticky explosives on every building & vehicle inc the soldiers & police jeeps & armours, power supply posts etc then standing well back & triggering the lot in one go is awesome
It doesn't seem to stress out my graphics either & I have settings at max on a 3D monitor set up. This game can't run on Win XP as it's DX10 only
