Steam Summer Sale 2011

I'm hoping Dirt 3 will be in one of these sales :) Not spent much so far about £10 but enjoying the games I bought. Recettear and defence grid :D

For the first few you can do a fair bit of damage with lasers and inferno with a few meteor, but for the last couple when the enemies really start throwing shielded enemies at you you really can't get through it without plenty of upgraded Meteor Towers.
Just keep in mind you have the orbital laser to kill off some of the worst enemies if you're going for gold and don't want them to escape with cores.

Defense Grid is amazing, bought it in the xmas sale.

So far I've bought - Post-Apocalyptic-Madness (looks to be similar to Carmaggedon, and at around 1 pound, worth a punt) and the AC collection.
 
Today has been **** so there better be some good deals on to make up for it. Bluescreened, H50 buzz is annoying me enough to make me want to sell it, PSU fan doesn't sound "Silent" like it's supposed to and my phone's SD card is being a knob and not letting me take pictures or anything.

Hoping they put X3:Terran Conflict in one of the daily sales.

Only bought Oblivion GOTY so far.

So far in the sale I've picked up:

Valve Pack (Already done Portal 1 and about half of portal 2): £25
Oblivion (DLC content included): ~£5
BC2: £5 (Stuck the code into Origin to get all the DLC as well xD)

Total Spent: About £35 - Games gained - Epic!

Now I need Dirt 3 and F1 2010 to go on sale xD

Late reply- sorry. yeah, you can loose most orbs as long as you have at least one left by the end of the last wave. I lost 3-4 on the fourth level, and 7-8 on the fifth, definitely possible to do it without loosing any if you have the patience (though not necessary for the achievement/ticket)

Did that actually work?

I bought BC2 and redeemed the CD on Origin to get the Digital Deluxe Edition, but when I tried to play Vietnam it said I need an EA Store activation code. So I ended up buying the DLCs on Steam.
 
big list, this is what i have bought :P thq hit collection which has: warhammer dow2/dow2 chaos rising/ dow2 retribution <<--(bought the last one a few days b4 :( and cost as mch as hole hit collection :( ) titan quest, titan quest :immortal throne, darksiders, company of heros, company of heros opposinf fronts, mx vs atv reflex, saints row 2, stalker soc, homefront, metro 2033, red faction guerrilla. << all of that was only £35! dirt 3, terraria, ben there, dan that, time, gentleman please, shank, battlefeild 2, battlefeild badcompany 2 with vietnam, overloard, overlord 2, overlord rasing hell, and finnaly alien bread 2 assult with the 3 tickets!
