No its not, everyone just feels the need to complain about the sales and how they don't all contain games at 95% off or heavily discounted AAA titles released a few months ago.
Nothing again for me today, although to be honest I've got enough updates to be downloading and I'm enjoying Amnesia: The Dark Descent (Hasn't been in the sale but it's cheap) too much to care at the moment.
Could do with saving some money to buy some new computer parts really

Why would you spend a fiver on MW2 when you could get Deus Ex and then pick two great indie games to compliment it for the same price.
Provided that you have interests in games other than the "AAA" generic blockbusters. It's been a superb sale.

The sales are only mediocre if you already own the games, so pretty much each sale is going to be worse than the last. Been some great deals on games like Torchlight, Defence Grid, Trine.....thing is by now a large percentage of us will have them.

Plenty of cracking indie titles available for peanuts.
I mentioned to my mate I was holding out for Fallout 3 and he said that STALKER was on sale today and they are very similar, is this true? I have never really looked into STALKER and I have never heard the comparison before.
Your seriously missing out, stick some quality mods to STALKER and its one of the best games out there....

It was more that the first bit of gameplay I saw, a guy was having to try and kill invisible enemies that only became properly visible when killed. Certain things in games kind of put me off and that is one of them :/
I don't think I am really a gamer to be honest, very few games really draw me in and make me enjoy them. Over the years the only games that have really pulled me in have been pokemon and runescape when I was a bit younger and then more recently Call of Duty. I'm stuck in a transitional period at the moment though and looking for a game that I can really enjoy again. Was hoping it would be Fallout but who knows.
Most people on here enjoyed Assasin's Creed 2 here. I know i did.
