OCZ Vertex 2 60GB does, mine came with it at least.

It's more of a bracket though, doesn't fit in every 3.5" slot without a bit of modding.

My vertex 3 is sitting in one.
Bear in mind, they also fo a "Bigfoot" version of sone of their drives that are in a 3.5" chassis.

A friend bought a vertex 2e 120gb, it came with a bracket. Bought the 3.5" bigfoot version myself as i didnt want to use an adapter.
