I Like Tupac Shaku hes my favourite but i like all kinds of music really apart from Rock/Metal etc

Everyone just ignore him and he'll go away, every time you reply to him your just feeding his trolliness. He's not giving his opinion, he's trying to get a reaction. If he was genuinely stating his opinion then he'd be discussing it like a reasonable adult and responding to the pro metal arguments, instead he is simply ignoring those and spouting more bile like a petulant child.
no im just asking the question how anybody can like bands like Slipknot and Cannibal Corpse where you cant understand what they are saying.........is that so hard to comprehend.
im not asking for a debate, i just want to know why you would like that kind of "music" (i use that term loosely)

I'm officially the oldest Metalhead on OCUK and go out every week screaming words that people don't know what I'm saying and I love it.
What we need off B&W are a couple of videos which he thinks is great music compared to Metal so we can all be educated.

I your opinion, music can only be listened to if the vocals are intelligible. That's fair enough, but I don't share the same opinion.
I am a big fan of foreign music as well as British/American. For example, Sigur Ros, even though I cannot understand Icelandic. As an extreme example, Sigur Ros have an album called ( ) or "brackets", which is sung entirely in a gibberish known as "hopelandic". It's one of my favourite albums.

The same reason you like Tupac? It sounds good to me. They're very skilled musicians in their own right.
In the same vein, someone talking into a mic about how much money he has or how big his rims are, whilst not playing any instruments isn't what I would call good music. But I don't go around saying you're wrong and I'm right, I'm not as close minded as you.
I don't like death metal mainly because of the growling vocals, but to slate all metal for that reason would be ridiculously short sighted.
Personally I like alternative metal, progressive metal and industrial metal.

maybe your trying to be petty, i dont know but all 4 of those songs are quite easy to understand...............if you can understand death metal you can understand that.

That first one sounds like 'Step forward king general, a wonder monkey.' Past that it's gibberish interspersed with 'money run tings'.
Honestly can't understand a word of the Shabba one apart from the backing vocals. The last one isn't as bad but it's still not easy to understand what they're saying.
Whereas many metal, punk and rock songs are far easier to understand. Which kind of undermines your argument...
