If you had £8000 to spend on a car, what would it be?

I wouldnt go for a sporty car with some mad big engine, something like nice BMW 3 series from around 2004 year (I think they are E46) with nice mileage, 2.0 diesel engine and full extras would be nice :) or the newer E60 BMW 5 series :)

But m8 they are like wikid cheap innit? Plus a full set of Falkens is like 500 quids, they is well cheap to run?

I think it's time we got all E60 owners here to work out how much worth of work they've had done under warranty. ;)

LOL... you just owned yourself.

A) its not a Rover

B) the entire chassis and suspension, engine, gearbox, and drive train shares nothing in common with the Rover.

C) They only made 1200, so its ultra rare and will become collectors soon.

D) At least its British.

TW, Falkens are not that bad!

A mid range tyre, hardly ling longs you know.

Some people dont want wear rates of 180 and a tyre that lasts to the shops and back.

And before you counter saying I run cheap tyres, I have Contisport Contact 3's all round. Sure they are ok, but I do so many damn miles I would rather have a harder tyre that wore better than the 280 rated Continentals !

I'd rather not shell out £700 a time for a set of rubber. Im not driving a Grand Prix!

Does it have a Rover symbol on it?
