There really does need to be some rules in unions, whereby the guys running them both get a limited salary and don't make extra the more they get when negotiating contracts and striking.
Union bosses are concerned with THEIR bottom line not with their unions members, which is why they so frequently recommend completely ridiculous action.
Then again members of the union should be more careful in who the allow to be in charge and how they vote for things like how much the bosses get paid.
No different to any other business, guys at the top are interested(mostly) in lining their own pockets and don't give a crap about anyone else.
The thing I hate about unions is how they were started to fight against that kind of thinking and try and keep employee's being treated fairly, but that went out of the window so long ago its a joke.
