¿Which hat is best?

I usually wear a baseball cap but my ears and neck get sun burned. I need something with a 360 degree brim i.e. an "old guy hat". I don't want to look like an old guy though cos I'm not even 30 yet.

So I need an non-old guy looking old guy hat. Something that will keep me cool and unburnt in 35+ C heat.

NO COWBOY HATS.
