Hi im over clocking my p8z68-v manually

im setting the bclk to 100.0 and i want to set the cpu ratio to anywhere between 40-46 not decided yet.

what i need to know is what should i set the voltages to? i want it to be safe
im currently on 1.18v is this abit low?
i see posts with people saying they have 1.27v ect

never mind someone answered this for me

Leave the Bclk to default (100mhz).
Up the multiplier until stable.
Anything under 1.3V on Vcore is groovy.

So that looks all right. You should be able to hit 4.2-4.4GHz around 1.3V Vcore.

damn just made another post but you have answered it for me here , thanks mate !

but if u have any thing to add its welcome :D

I just set the multiplier to 46 on mine and the vcore to auto. flat out, it pulls about 1.36-37.
Temps are around mid 50s. Seems happy enough at that.

i just changed the bclk to 100.00 and ratio to 42 and put voltage on auto , nice and easy 4.2 mhz :D

im idle at 23c and 38 on load

I was only going by your own words.

You said 23c idling and 38c at load in this thread whilst in the other thread you said 29-32c at idle and the image shows 46c with just one core at 83% load.
