Anyone know anything for sure on whats new in FM12?

I have read thread after thread about what people want to see but does anyone know what is actually new on the next one....?

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

yeah.

Can't wait, but no I've heard nothing I'm afraid.

Wish they'd take a break and work on something truly awesome. I haven't really got into any version since probably 2005.

They definitely won't be allowed to pass on making money by SEGA even if they wanted to.

Yeah but there is no advert and if you go looking in a search bar you get nowt, even on SIGAMES they have nothing, not even a front cover!!

August has been the month over the last few releases when SI present the new features. But each release seems to be slipping further back each year, which is a shame as I'd like it to be installed and playable when the season kicks off.

Yup it's annoying, why cant they have it out in June so we have something to do when the football season is done and then get an update in August to update transfer and fix bugs and what not?

No.

But anyways, I can't imagine much change this season. They've got most of the bases covered, I for one will be buying it on release date.

There isn't too much they need to do, they have been developing it over a good few years and I can't think of many ways they can make it better. Well apart from maybe working on the player models etc. to make the game look smoother and much better(I'm not expecting Fifa like graphics but something better than what we have currently)

You don't think player interaction, media interaction need vastly improved?

They said on Twitter they wont be announcing the new features until September, which is apparently when they do it every year. Not sure I'll bother with FM12 as I dont find it as addictive as it used to be.

Licking their wounds after the epic failure of FM Live.

Id prefer some new leagues tbh, a full compliment from South America at least would be nice. Europe probably is covered, but I mean the Balkan nations could do with adding ie Lithuania, Latvia and maybe Montenegro.

Asia, especially the Arab nations could do with joining as well... make the Oil rich countries more prominent when purchasing older players/South Americans.

One of this years better features will be the additional 'rich' clubs; PSG, Malaga, Getafe to name but a few.

There has been an official announcement on the SI forums that there will be no FM2012 announcement until the end of August or beginning of September (it gets later each year).

I guess there will be lots of tweaks as usual but I want just one thing..... get rid of all of the visible stats for players and staff to make it more like management in real life!!! Having to rely on scouting reports and performance stats of players would be much more interesting and in some respects more challenging.

It will never be ready when the season kicks off. They need to incorporate all the summer transfers.

Lithuania and Latvia are not in the balkans.

I will buy on release as I always do

Would lOve to see more realistic player traits and the return of the a r s e option for those unfamiliar with this it was an optionthat could be enable in older fm games with a quick file edit that allowed your players to be somewhat more realistic doing all the thngs that would make the front pages of the paper rather than the back

I just can't wait...........!

I need it now!
I am signing Joey Barton whoever I start as just for the entertainment!

Would love to be able to buy players in a year or two or be able to loan them back to their club, also the Barcelona way seems good business.

They need to fix press confrences, they are so bloody painful, just get rid, they add no fun to the game and are just a chore, I wonder if real managers feel the same lol, probly.

I'd like more control over finances, bring some of prem manager 98 style into it. Total club management.
