Make sure you have wireless and networks/mobile networks/use packet data ..turned on.
Make sure your phone is set up like this>>>1. Touch the Menu key
2. Touch Settings
3. Touch Wireless & networks
4. Touch Mobile networks
5. Touch Access Point Names
6. Touch the Menu key
7. Touch New APN
8. Touch Name
9. Enter Vodafone MMS, touch OK
10. Touch APN
11. Enter:
For Pay monthly customers: wap.vodafone.co.uk
12. Touch OK
13. Touch Proxy
14. Enter 212.183.137.012, touch OK
15. Touch Port
16. Enter 8799, touch OK
17. Touch Username
18. Enter wap, touch OK
19. Touch Password
20. Enter wap, touch OK
21. Touch MMSC
22. Enter http://mms.vodafone.co.uk/servlets/mms, touch OK
23. Touch MMS proxy
24. Enter 212.183.137.012, touch OK
25. Touch MMS port
26. Enter 8799, touch OK
27. Touch the Menu key

29. Touch the circle to the right of the Vodafone MMS profile name you have just created to turn

Extract the map to your SD card first, then copy it to the internal SD card. That way you've always got a backup in case you have to completely wipe your phone. If you have any problems with voice let me know dude, as I've got a fix for that too.

Their support takes bloody ages to get back to us!, I asked them to de-activate a previous phone (ZTE Blade) and they took two weeks getting round to it the lazy gits! lol

u can de-activate it in copilot settings..

bte i don't why got 3 product keys, two times i forgot to de-activate and when i reinstalled copilot on the same handset via android market and entered my google code and id, i received a email saying welcome to copilot, ect and with a new/different product key , im wondering if this is a loop hole or something?

I need to return my S2, as I get strange horizontal lines on my screen sometimes when viewing bright images such as a white webpage.

As I have installed a different ROM on the phone, I need to reset everything to stock so that I can get my phone repaired/replaced under warranty. I'm aware that I need to reset the ROM install counter, however I've read here that there is a counter for the number of times the counter is reset.

Does anyone have any advice regarding resetting everything to factory default for warranty purposes?

I sold my previous phone without de-activating copilot - hence why I had to get them to do it.

I'm a bit unique in the fact I can't use android market to get copilot. I bought Copilot 8 back when I had an iphone, then I had to buy it again when i changed to a HD2 (WM 6.5) - But I was able to transfer my license to my android device from the HD2 so always have to install an APK. Sorry don't know how the market version works to comment on different product codes etc!.

Doesn't really help you but 4oD seems to work fine on Dolphin on mine (I'm running VillianROM 2.4).

i just hope they've not taken anymore money for the other product keys, the emails doesn't say anything about payment/taking money..

it's just weird that they send different product keys out if u forgot to de-activating and then reinstall
 
Anyone noticed this with Lite'ning ROM before? When you go to lock the phone, it has a white flash effect but if you look at that for a split second do you also see lot's of different colored lines in that white flash? o.O

There are a large number of people who think I am some kind of mobile phone wizard because their MMS/Mobile Data hasn't been working and I've googled the APN settings for their provider and plugged it into their phone.

4OD works fine here on the stock browser, just watched an episode of The Killing during my lunchbreak...if other flash video sites are working fine then I don't see why you should be having any particular trouble with 4OD.
 
How would I go about putting a different kernel on with lite'ning ROM? I already know the ROM I want, do I just flash Lite'ning with Odin first and then flash with the kernel after?

Just loving this phone so much, don't know why I didn't enjoy it first time.

Had a 1.5 hour train journey today and so just watched Top Gear + Futurama. That, in combination with music to and from each station, and a quick call, and the batterys at 78%.

Villainrom 2.3 + Ninphetamine 2.02 <3 - need to update both.
