just bored youth - nothign to do with the shooting anymore - school holidays and dissilusioned uneducated bored teenagers.

Youth, funny that because many of them are not teenagers but actual grown ups. If you can call them that...

They are ethnic gangs

But who's doing the smashing at wood green? People just decided to leave their homes and start smashing shops?

Someone just phoned LBC claiming that 500 people are looting Tottenham retail park!

If true, people must be coming from all over London.

It's all over the radio and TV that people are looting. I'm sure scum all over London are making their way over their to either have a go at police officers and/or to steal as much stuff as they can carry.

I saw a picture posted of what is supposably a smashed up T-Mobile shop in Wood Green, but nothing to confirm it. Again, Wood Green is a pretty sketchy area, but it's a fair walk from Tottenham High Road for these Rioters.

Inregards to the Retail Park in Tottenham itself, which they are close to, I think given that those are huge warehouse type shops they will be much better protected against break-ins. Similarly as already pointed out, it's a non-residential space which they could easily be contained in. Given the businesses there, they won't be pleased if the Police don't act.

It's interesting though that this is still going on, but for Riot coverage they really haven't shown us anything other than the same camera positions. I would assume that logistics are probably down a little with it being the middle of the night on a weekend, but more than anything probably I guess because of health and safety with camera crews being attacked.

It's clear even from those YouTube videos that people don't like people even taking phone videos. It does make anyone doing damage look even more stupid given that there will be TV Cameras, Police Cameras, Chopper Cameras, Media Photographers, Amateur Photographers and anybody with a camera phone able to likely have captured them up to no good.

Bit late. Pictures have already been posted of t-mobile and aldi burning.

Given the time though, that's not easy.
It's not like the student protests and the alternative protest.

It's nearly 3am, so your only options are Night Buses or walking.
