The UK needs immigration to work. How many english people are willing to do some of the jobs immigrants will do? How many english people have as good work ethic as immigrants?

Many of these people are British and would not count themselves as immigrants .. as I'm sure you would

Well your post is based on a possible as we haven't stopped immigration we don't know what would happen!. At the local gym i used to train at it was all british fitness instructors and trainers, 3 months later everyone of them is polish.

1: Get a field and put a police station in the middle.

Ahh yes, I'm sure all those rioters, the gang members and indeed the moron that shoot at police all had important jobs for society.

I suppose these jobs that 'immigrants' are doing didn't exist 50-60 years ago before mass immigration took place? Did they exist? If they did then who did them? Please tell me. Was it the fairies?

Yep. Well, it really is sickening that these kids get drawn into gangs so easily. But I'm afraid it doesn't make people any more sympathetic, because all they see is the perpetuation of violence and easy money through drugs instead of hard work. Then when these scum gangsters think the police are being racist because of stop searches, they don't stop to consider that since they chose a gangland lifestyle, they will obviously get labelled. It's also very unfortunate that through the utter selfishness of these gang members who don't care for anyone else except themselves, who loot and shoot, they do nothing to improve the reputation of the black community, the black community that did manage to avoid gangs, get educated, and get good jobs.
 
Basically, 'improving relations between the police and community' means just letting them do whatever they want without consequence.

I mean it is the tactic some police have taken now, in Slough for example - to just let these gangs do whatever they want as long as they don't involve actual British people in their little wars.
 
i doubt anyone in this thread is racist but it is impossible to escape the fact of the reality that is the gang culture of young black people, it really is. i don't see how one can be thought of as racist by saying fact.

all the best swimmers are white, all the best runners are black. does that fact make for a racist comment?

I don't think there's a need to be sympathetic. I have no sympathy for their behaviour, their criminality, the rioters - none of it. I just don't see the people involved as the problem so much as the consequence.

What has this got to do with anything?

Disenfranchised youth are going to riot and generally do stupid **** be they Black, white, yellow or purple.

If this is solely to do with race and community what the hell went on at the student protests/riots a few months back? I seem to remember that being predominantly white middle class kids.
