It is at least OK in your mind to do SLI/CF with 1GB cards. I won't repeat again. Continue building up the list btwIt's still too few games there

Vram is still only 1 Gb with 3 x 1 Gb cards, and there wont be any more lag spikes than you get with 2 Gb cards.

Go and get at least 20.
Not always. If you are unlucky you still get caught by deep spikes.

I think 1GB of vram is enough as up until last month I was gaming on an ATI 2400 Pro with only 128MB of vram, and i was playing mass effect, all be it poorly but it went
