My local shop is shutting early tonight because he is scared he might have trouble. I won't be able to go for late night munchies.... Things just got personal

If Duggan had a gun on his person, police were well within their right to shoot him if they felt threatened at any point.
If he wasn't armed and he was shot though, it's a whole different matter.
If I was a cop, and I saw that a dude was reaching for a gun, I wouldn't hesitate to shoot him myself, there's not a chance I would risk my life or anyone else around me's life for the sake of 1 scum bag.
Any more information on this?
Can't believe it is spreading this far! I ain't even 100% sure why this has all kicked off. Is it due to that guy getting shot?
