There's no law in London at all at the moment.
The text messages going around are talking of things like "Hackney, Tottenham and Brixton had their turn, now it's ours, meet up at xxx, lets go xxx".
Disgusting, but they know they wont be stopped. It's going to get worse and worse until the police are allowed to stop this nonsense. The army should be called in.
